Thank you to everyone who participated in the Redstone Arsenal JLUS Public Draft review and comment period, either through attending the public workshop or reviewing the documents online. The 30-day public review and comment period was open from October 15 through November 15, 2018. Public comments that were received are being evaluated for incorporation into the final documents. The Final JLUS will be presented to the Policy Committee in January, 2019 for review and acceptance.
The Public Draft JLUS Report was released and posted on the project website on October 15 for a 30-day review and comment period that will end on November 15. The City of Huntsville hosted the final public workshop for attendees to learn about the Public Draft JLUS Report and understand the key compatibility findings and recommendations. The workshop provided a brief presentation on the JLUS process and documents. There were hard copy reports available for review. The presentation and JLUS reports are on the website.
Written public comments on the draft were accepted at the workshop and can be submitted through the project website up until the end of the comment period.
